The building was completed in April 2007 and has been finished using local Mallorcan stone and marble. It may be new but it typifies modern Spanish design.

To the front of the property is a large paved terrace, elevated above the road for privacy. Surrounding the private pool there is an assortment of pool furniture and a barbeque. An ideal area for sun bathing and eating. The arched portico provides shade on hot sunny days.

As you enter the villa the lounge is directly ahead, 3 dark brown leather sofas (one of which can be used as a sofa bed) surround the widescreen TV, which has English language channels including ITV & BBC. Also there is a small library of popular DVD's as well as a playstation2 with an assortment of games for all the family to enjoy.

To the rear of the lounge there is a dining area with a large Spanish table with seating for 8 people. Adjacent is the kitchen, which has been fitted with a ceramic hob and oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and a microwave. You'll even find a teapot! When you arrive, there will be a chilled bottle of Cava and a hamper filled with tea, coffee, butter and other essentials.

Turning right from the lounge into the entrance hall brings you to the downstairs shower room and WC. As with all the bathrooms it has been finished using the best Mallorcan slate and the finest fittings. Past the shower room is the third bedroom, containing two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. All the bedrooms have individual central heating units for those chilly winter evenings and air conditioning to cool you down on hot summer nights. At the back of the bedroom there are doors and shutters that open out onto the rear terrace, which catches the last of the evening sun.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms. To your right is the master bedroom, with its own balcony overlooking the pool area. Straight on at the top of the stairs, you enter the second double bedroom. Both rooms have large fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. With modern styled double beds and tasteful soft furnishings, a spacious and cool ambiance is created. Double doors lead out to the first floor terrace, where you can watch swimmers in the pool below, enjoy the sunrise, then breakfast whilst appreciating the tranquillity of Mondrago park.
